☄️ The MM Global Recession Probability Index is the probability of a global recession, which shows how likely it is that the world economy will enter a recession.
🔴 Now how does this index work?
🚨 If the number is above 50% and stays high for a while, it means that there is a serious risk of an economic recession.
🔴 As you can see, in 2000 and 2008, when we experienced the strangest recessions, this index was in a state of flux.
🔴 Sometimes its increase is related to local crises, such as 2011 (the European debt crisis) or 2015 (the emerging markets crisis), which did not have much impact on the whole world.
