In human life, we cannot escape uncertainty. Because of this uncertainty, humans are often faced with indecision (Heidegger). One of the certain things in life is aging and death. Memento mori can mean a reflection on how short life is, or it can mean that what we have in life is temporary. MOMENTO MORI & CARPE DIEM
