Do you ever feel like you have to be perfect all the time?👀 I take everything too seriously, and I wish I could live more chill, but it’s hard. So today, I want to ask myself: “What is one thing I really need to hear right now?” My answer is: “Girl, please take it easy.” ➡️If you could tell yourself one thing right now, what would it be?

Oh, don't take it so seriously. After all, you can only do what you can! It all goes by so fast, take some time out, get out and enjoy the fresh air. When you come back, ask yourself if it's really worth it. 🫶
