- free/cheap drinks on casino floor (alcohol lowers inhibitions, more likely to spend more $$ gambling)

- 4 nights at 5-star hotel costs only $ 200 (subsidize gambling)

- no coffee maker or kettle in hotel room (must leave room & walk past slot machines to one of the onsite starbucks)
