I want to tell the person you are tagging @jacek,I don't think they will do raindrop,How will they do raindrop they don't even have a single degen Allo,but if they do in their what do you think,Are they exactly gonna give No!!
The Rules to ban should be shown to the community before banning and You at the start told  15 time T4T and I don't think this is fair with the community,Yes you can give warning and tell them this is last time,I am letting you all go,
And Show the Community New Rules and the one who violates it should be ban forever ♾️.
