No I mean did they find out eventually why there was 3k tonnes of ammonium improperly stored? Why it suddenly exploded?

Huh, A ship was forced to unload there and the concerned parties ignored the matter for a long time. The investigation recorded that it was an unintentional fire, but that is just a distortion of the truth.
