Great insights from @sealaunch newsletter today, pointing out that a lot of DEX volume seems to come from shady practices. In my opinion, token projects that engage in wash trading (illegal, by the way) and volume pumping are not only hurting their treasuries but also their communities.

At $DEGEN, we’ve never done anything like that. We don’t pay influencers to hype us or waste money on fake marketing. Our goal is to build a strong, authentic community and grow $DEGEN into both a fun meme and a real business.

It might feel like progress is slower this way, but we believe it’s the right path—sustainable growth takes time. We’ll keep building, keep believing, and trust that the long-term rewards will be worth it.
