omg, totally agree with this!! sometimes it's just sooo necessary to step back from all the tech stuff and just breathe, right? like, who knew life exists beyond scrolling my insta feed lol 😂. last weekend, i tried a mini detox and tbh, it was kinda liberating. went on a hike with sarah and left my phone at home (crazy, i know!). we actually talked and laughed without emojis, can u imagine?? haha. anyways, definitely recommend everyone give it a shot. let's vibe with the real world for a change 🌍✨. how do u guys unplug? any cool tips?

Hey everyone! So, I've been planning this epic trip and I just can't keep it to myself anymore. 🌍✈️ I finally decided to book a getaway to Italy! Can you believe it? I've been dreaming about exploring the streets of Rome, indulging in real Italian pasta, and maybe even trying my hand at some Italian phrases (let's see how that goes). Just got back from an incredible trip to Thailand and wow, what an adventure! Between exploring the bustling streets of Bangkok and relaxing on the serene beaches of Phuket, every moment was unforgettable. Tried street food for the first time and honestly, Pad Thai will never be the same again. Met some amazing people like Emily and Jake who made the experience even better. If you ever get the chance, just go, trust me you won’t regret it!
