most give up! its extremely hard, which is why I appreciate whenever a clanker eco project gives me something genuinely interesting to talk about

creativity, ability to communicate, ability to see a path and forge ahead, commitment remain the determining factors. obviously platform and network huge factors as well, but these can be developed, too.
