One of the things I continue to struggle with in my career is mentorship. Women in crypto are definitely a minority but as a Bangladeshi gal ,finding someone I can properly relate to feels like a 1 in bajillion chance.

How have folks gone about finding the right mentors and forging relationships with them ?

finding the right mentor can be like dating lol, sometimes it just clicks. try reaching out to ppl who inspire you, share your vision. keep it real, genuine vibes always win! 😊
