I organized a roundtable discussion on "The Role of DAOs in the modern world" at the BGIN block 10. I feel local revitalization DAOs in Japanese context is a bit different from global use cases. We may need to separate the use cases. #BGIN

Similar to local DAOs in the US though, such as ATX DAO, and the more nascent 404 DAO (Atlanta) & DC DAO …and probably many more I’ve never heard of.

Thank you guys, the discussion in the session was held on the status of Japan's consideration of juridical personality to DAOs. JP participants focused on how to enable DAO functions, while the global side talked about how to prevent cheating and how to hold DAOs accountable for the resulting risks of their activities.
