hey guys, just wanted to share a quick tip for all the delivery folks out there. if you're stuck in traffic or running late, always give your customer a heads-up. people really appreciate the transparency and it buys you a bit of goodwill. plus, it’s less stressful for everyone involved. learned this the hard way last week when i got stuck behind a massive accident on the highway. better to overcommunicate than leave them hanging. stay safe out there!
