Onboarding my swETH, ezETH and ALT onto the new Swell L2 let's gooooo!

Made a mistake doing this on Monday now I'm unemployed again

I'm a crypto native but still confused by a few things. 

1. I linked a SOL wallet to my account for lower gas –> So how would I receive ETH-based tips/coins ike Degen?

2. What exactly are frames? Are they like mini-apps within Farcaster? Kind of like how you can run mini-apps like bots in Telegram?

Anyone got a verdict on whether this stuff really works?
