Spit-balling here: Term limits for all judges below the level of the Supreme Court. No life time appts. Only the Supreme Court can limit the actions of the President or Congress. All judges below the Supreme Court have limited scope and authority. Judges are evaluated

Doch es ist erlaubt seine Überholabsicht mit einer einmaligen Hupe (nur außerorts) oder Lichthupe zu signalisieren. Als "fahr schneller" Signal ist es eine Nötigung. Zumindest wenn es sich bei der Geschwindigkeit des Vordermanns nicht um Behinderung o.Ä. handelt

Das ist nötigung! Es gibt sehr viele Fahrer die sich durch so ein Verhalten verunsichert oder verärgert fühlen. Beides ist nicht so optimal im Straßenverkehr. Also tu der Welt ein gefallen und chill nächstesmal einfach. Du verlierst nicht viel Zeit wenn du mal etwas langsamer mac
