“Zeppole di San Giuseppe” are a tradition in Italy on March 19th for Father’s Day (St. Joseph’s Day). Choux pastry filled with custard and topped with a cherry, so good! I didn’t have time to make them on Wednesday, so here they are… just a bit delayed!
