Transfer implementation of ERC404 is not practical. In fact, it's simpler to just add a token-NFT swap. Tokens or NFTs can only be transferred independently. For instance, by locking all NFTs into the swap contract, 1 token can be exchanged for 1 NFT, and vice versa.

DApp developers should start developing applications using smart contracts instead of chain/runtime, chain/runtime is more suitable for sharding/rollup scaling and working as execution containers for EVM etc.
