Value Evidence -Acknowledge credible evidence when presented, and ground your arguments in reason. 6. Protect Privacy -Maintain confidentiality; don’t share others’ personal details or sensitive information. 7. Mind Your Tone -Be mindful of tone, discussions should challenge, not intimidate or belittle. 8. Be Open-Minded -Stay open to learning; intellectual growth comes from curiosity and humility. 9. Argue In Good Faith -Avoid logical fallacies and engage in good faith; assume others are, too. 10. Foster Creativity -Encourage creativity, collaboration, and the pursuit of shared understanding 11. No Malicious FUD -to date, many things are still "unknown" in this project. Creating fear, uncertainty, or doubt (FUD) around such unknowns in a damaging way are unnecessary and not tolerated.
