Throughout the day, I focus on staying hydrated by drinking water regularly and herbal teas like green tea or ginger tea. For lunch, I eat home-cooked meals with a balance of protein, vegetables, and whole grains, which keep me active and focused. I also make time to eat small snacks like yogurt or fresh fruit to avoid overeating during meals. I avoid fried or heavily processed food as much as possible.
In the afternoon, I take a short break to stretch or do deep breathing exercises to refresh my mind. If I feel tired, I go for a quick walk outside to enjoy fresh air and recharge. Dinner is lighter, often a vegetable soup or salad, as I try not to eat heavy meals late at night.
When I feel unwell, I make a soothing drink with warm water, honey, and turmeric to boost my immunity. I also rest as much as possible and take short naps during the day. To relax in the evening, I avoid using screens for at least an hour before bedtime and focus on reading.
