Clicking a lot of frame "Mint" buttons, where the frame immediately returns a "Minted" image, but nothing seems to have happened; go to minting page (Zora) and it doesn't appear to have minted or airdropped, even after some time... Is this most likely a problem with the frame's coding, or with my browser/wallet?

That’s because the mint frame is poorly designed. Same as a web-based dapp, ideally they should make a UI for the users to track the progress. But we are too early to have all these UI improvements.
