Sneak peek at Vaultonomy — my upcoming tool that links normal Web3 wallets with Reddit's Vaults. Until now users had to enter a seed phrase into Reddit's mobile app. AFAIK Reddit will be the only Web2 social site with built-in Web3 stuff https://zora.co/collect/zora:0xc0e0660bd98c512b5e44d7c9137bd02bcdf925e6/1/frames

Browser extensions are an under-appreciated way to integrate with services without being vulnerable to API rug pulls. Platforms can't cut you off because your app looks like internal traffic. They're also decentralised apps in that they run in the users browser with no server.

You do run the risk of temporary breakage if a service restructures their APIs, but this is a trade off between short term reliability with official APIs Vs long term reliability with extension access to internal APIs.
