@h2osodowa Here we also have blood sausage, morcilla, which I love by the way. And just like in Argentina there are people who eat all parts of the pig, I don't really like it that much. Snails are another food that is eaten here, but you won't see me eating it. And...@hankmoody mondongo sounds like something else to me 🤣

I didn't expect that these dishes would also be known in other parts of the world. Unfortunately, as is often the case, "it's delicious" is a subjective matter. Nobody in my house likes kaszanki or flaczki, so it will be difficult to take photos of how I prepare it😂 However, there is one that can probably be called the flagship dish in Poland, i.e. kotlet schabowy z ziemniakami i kapustą zasmarzaną*. Everyone likes it, so maybe I'll introduce it someday. *kotlet schabowy z ziemniakami i kapustą zasmarzaną - It's hard to translate it in one sentence to make it clear what it is, maybe someday. However, it is a simple dish, served in every restaurant, both cheap and expensive.
