how do we feel about this

personally, i never purchased from them directly because of the quality, but i did get some second-hand pieces that felt better made and i still use—probably because they were pre-2010?

i wish it were on the decline 😭 seems there's a growing tendency towards online shopping instead of going to physical stores. also, SHEIN and temu's prices are cheaper than f21, so they've become big competitors
