Yes Guru san, Luang Prabang is a world heritage city and the cost of living is quite similar to Thailand. It is a small city that is easy to travel around. The papaya salad is very delicious. They can speak and understand Thai. Arigato for the tip to me too 😻 💙 💙 💙
