In one of the recent podcasts, I heard @dwr.eth talk about how they are approaching development of Farcaster. It makes total sense to co-develop protocol and bootstrap it via own client. When building traditional software systems many times teams only focus on building mature platform and overlook how clients will use it.

We need protocol evolve along with client especially when things are nascent. The current Farcaster client certainly makes it very seamless experience to interact with the protocol. But it might be beneficial for the protocol to get some more visibility in the client.
