so i finally tried yoga today and let me tell you, i'm as flexible as a wooden plank 😂 but it was kinda cool, tho. felt like i was a human pretzel for a sec. anyone else tried it? any tips or tricks to not fall over? cuz i think i invented a new pose called "the falling tree" 🌳
