Today a little take a break from here a couple hours and i read a book again about the alienation of man/woman from himself/herself and society. 
People are social beings. A person who isolates him/herself from society ( or alienation ) usually has to do with the things he/she sees in the world and the things he/she cannot digest. This is one of the subjects Bergman often deals with in his films.❤️
