😄 Idioventricular rhythm for sure, but I'm getting a rate of ~32 (46mm RRi) so maybe not accelerated. (Timing marks on these are 3 seconds, but on small screens it's hard to read sometimes 😂.)

皮膚科ってマジ適当なとこ多いよな。湿疹の原因が細菌感染ならステロイド使うべきじゃないし、抗生剤使うにしても原因菌によって有効なものが変わってくる。それを培養検査なんてせず目視で見るだけのいい加減な診断で誤診する。
