This is really very important. When we only focus on big goals or the future, we often miss out on the little joys that are already around us. It is important to be able to enjoy the moment, be it a cup of morning coffee, a pleasant conversation with a loved one, or just peace and quiet. The story behind Octave Tassaert's painting "The Dead and Forsaken Mother" poignantly portrays the suffering of the poor in 19th-century France.
