here's something i think about a lot when it comes to taking profit, whether i should reinvest money i've previously taken out, or anything else

if i'm good enough to make money with a bag of X size, i should be good enough to make money with a bag of Y size

so i should be able to get back where I was if I take this money out - if not, then I probably would have lost more money anyway

Probably not well accepted by some but this is my golden rule. Once you take a percentage out, that stays out. No matter what.
This way it's easier for me to hold the rest.
