Building /stokefire a mobile strategy game onchain. Run and own poolfish.xyz a calculator for LP providers. Built Potion solo and sold for $300k.

@nbragg i added an ens name to my farcaster account his morning but  has not updated in my /stokefire profile. is there anything i have to do?

One thing I learned from cryptocurrency and now social-fi platforms like Farcaster is that money is completely fake and bears no necessary relation to labor as most people had assumed and continue to believe. Its possible to literally generate money out of thin air using clever tricks and obfuscations. Of course people in finance already knew this years ago and the knowledge has simply become a bit more democratized.

Seeing the same crypto people ape into Trump's crypto who spent four years calling Trump supporters brainwashed cultists... and now they're buying fake internet money from him. 

I'd say there's not much difference between the January 6th rioters and them, but the thing is that the January 6th rioters at least believed in something. It was wrong and terrible, yes, but they got up from their couch and put their unhinged FB posts into action. These crypto bros however are like "Oh, Trump's a fascist destroying democracy... but have you seen the pump though?" Mfs went from posting 'Nazi punks fuck off' to "maybe we can overlook the whole overthrowing democracy thing and giving an unhinged fascist and his family a 30 billion dollar war chest if there's a good pump and dump opportunity"

That's the thing about principles... they're only principles until you decide not to make money off breaking them.

happy to see opinions like this about the topic, pretty sad with most of the comunity tbh, we should be able to stop earning money with something we know is terrible regardless of the pump 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

I think we need to be honest with ourselves and come to terms with the fact that the shitcoin casino is an extractive, zero-sum, pvp ponzi that in the best case neutrally creates no value for society and in the worst case actively destroys society by siphoning human attention away from value-producing activities.

thinking about how exposition to defi/l2 tokens should be useless (in the very long term and with obvious and counted exceptions) since mainnet should be able to absorb value if everything works out as it should. right?
