Two KEY (don't ask me how long I spent on this!) facts for frames

1. you need a path (e.g. example.com/<path>)
2. you need og:image (e.g. <meta property="og:image" content="example.com/image.jpg" />

I need to learn about hosting the actual server functions, I've had firebase for ages but only use for basic web hosting functions, not sure if it's acceptable as a platform for frames.
