Degen

There are two main changes with allowances in Season 3: 
1. Allowances are now ~0.357x from last month for the same behavior. 

This isn’t surprising since Season 2’s allowance was itself already 0.7x the rewards from Season 1. 

This is good since it makes tipping consistent with “mining” curves.

I’ve asked before and got low confidence answers, if you’ve connected a wallet, loaded some DEGEN into degentips and have degen in connected wallet can you receive tips before getting an allocation? I’ve been tipped here and there and can’t see that reflected anywhere

With the understanding I could’ve been tipped maliciously or by accident via not allo left, but a few of the tippers I’d consider quality and wouldnt expect that to be the case
