we retired ⛓️Chains this week a look back: • 90k+ NFT game pieces sold • 2,318 games played (1hr matches + 12hr tournaments) • <100 weekly active players takeaways: • hooked a small but loyal audience, sunday tourneys were a highlight • card-mint-then-burn mechanic was too clunky and slow • 20% fee to fund dot art per move stifled player earnings and growth closing one door to open others 🏎️
