Are video embeds in general more broken now when not shared from Warpcast? @v @gt Remember @buttrfly also not working often and now supercast, which always worked for us seems to render poorly in Warpcast. Would love to have my mate post videos natively. (no PB -> no video on Warpcast)

We are attempting to make some changes here so you might see inconsistencies but default is safe to be assumed — no external video support for now.

Regardless of the badge — the video will have to be uploaded on Warpcast. This is mostly about content moderation. We also continue to increase the video access on our platform to more users so badge is not a hard requirement.

So externally hosted videos will show on other clients but not here? Is there a way warpcast can communicate: "there should be a video here but we aren't showing it" ?
