You know you best. But I find it helpful to do things you might ignore when busy but know make you feel better. Go for a run, drive somewhere and do a long nature hike.

I definitely get this way. For me, it's a combination of "argh I really wanted to make progress on this thing, I'm running out of time" and "I no longer have time to second-guess and over-analyze, just dive in and see what happens." Friday late afternoon tends to be some of my most productive work time.
