In an earlier article for @coindesk, I used the term "PolicyFi" to describe how speculative markets for memecoins can create a new form of civic engagement between citizen and state. In the wake of the Trump memecoins, I decided to revisit that thesis and ask if we are seeing the dawn of PolicyFi.
