all players participating send their nft's to this address; if someone didn't, they get *all* the votes from *all* the nft's sent

basically it's either you participate in this peace treaty or you get voted out

happy to be the arbiter for any tribe that wants to try it out, i don't have skin in the game (am dead)

this is the only sure way to get to 0 votes

your nfts unlock to claim back after the voting period ends
