It comes and goes. I was feeling horrible two days ago. Turned out a good chunk of it was lack of sleep and worries over decisions that were already made and maybe not as bad as I initally thought. Take care of yourself, you will be back on track soon. #toadgang strong

I’ve been having a rough couple of weeks myself. Some better days sprinkled in here and there. But also, definitely lots of reminders to push on, not give up. Some days will be better than others and we must give our gratitude to the universe for both good and bad ones. Accept things we cannot change and learn best we can from challenges we face. toad gang is all here, Bushido strong together.
