Suggestions: Pro-active, non-adversarial and constructive engagement with your community. Fix the website staking. Either take full ownership of the project or facilitate delivery to the community. Do the grants thing in public. There's a lot of interesting high energy stuff going on - $FRAME should participate.

Another suggestion for BD: Have someone on the core team pickup a Degen Haberdasher and join /degendao in order to find partnership and collaboration opportunities that will help expand $FRAME influence into FC.

Another important thing that's a double edged sword: Since the mission of $FRAME is to give grants to frame devs from a 5% pool of the token - the price of the frame token directly corresponds to our ability to deliver on that mission. So off-limiting discussion that is core to mission of frame is a bad idea.

I would suggest getting a community manager type person to manage comms with the community. It was different back in the beginning because everyone who was complaining had been airdropped this sweet free token. But now the community is made up of buyers - and they have different expectations.
