My biggest gripe as a first-time web3 founder: Getting clarity on your target user persona is tough. Anons want to stay anon, which makes user interviews tough to do. Bucketing users under trader / airdrop hunter / crypto-native / etc. is vague and doesn't help. What am I doing wrong? How have you guys cracked this?

No. But manually onboarding friends and getting constant feedback in depth and quality. And offering rewards for this is something that has helped immensely.
