Pump.fun Scandal Gains Momentum Law firms Burwick Law and Wolf Popper have filed a lawsuit against Pump.fun, claiming that the platform allows the creation of tokens that illegally use their brands, as well as the names of their clients and employees. At the same time, Public Citizen has called for a federal investigation into the TRUMP coin, claiming that Trump may have violated ethical standards and allowed foreign influence to infiltrate his campaign. Burwick Law is insisting on the immediate removal of tokens that use company names without consent. In just seven days since the trial began, more than 200 tokens with the names of the law firm and its partners have appeared online. Burwick Law is confident that Pump.fun has the technical ability to remove these tokens, but the platform is deliberately ignoring the problem. Baton, the UK-based company allegedly behind Pump.fun, has yet to comment on the allegations.
