Ethereum L2s are exploding, but will they survive when Ethereum itself scales? If danksharding & rollups merge into the base layer, do we still need dozens of L2s? Or will they evolve into something else? 🤔 Drop your take. #Ethereum #Layer2 #CryptoInnovation

I think with chain abstraction and better UX it will barely matter how many L2s there are, regardless of scaling on mainnet there will always be some sort of cost savings on an L2 which will make them forever relevant. I do believe it will justify a better use case for future L2s though.
