0. supporting builders & creators everywhere
1. accelerating decentralization
2. driving down fees across the board
3. making smart wallets the default
4. making it dead simple to on and offramp
5. bringing coinbase (& others) onchain 
6. making the superchain seamless

My 2 notes, in tandem with my previously shared glowing praise:

0. Would love to see how the Base team plans to bring in a more diverse & equitable range of builders. I think this can be done organically & authentically, but it takes work. 

3. Education is *very* needed around smart wallets, as much as availability.
