I believe the allowance will be distributed will be always who holds more with time get the allowance more. Time + Hold(quantity) Thats just my view maybe i am wrong 👀

Yes, but that will make rich richer. Instead, It should be made equal on the first day among all Qualifiers and later Allowances should go up and down as per the activity level on FC 🎩
