Hi, it happened my lovely monstera died. I put the cutting in the water so it could root and then I’d plant it to the soil. But the question is- how long the new roots should be? As you see they are babyish now, but at the same time stem starts molding so I am afraid to keep it in water for a longer time🤌😭

Oh no! That poor baby. You could probably pot it now or wait a couple more days just to be safe. But it should be fine. These things are usually pretty resilient
