gmgm got nerd sniped into building a masked big int input

that's the UX I usually expect in dapps, gonna clean up and release as a npm package later

main goals are
✨ just a hook, so it's easy to compose into any design system
🎉 callbacks with a parsed bigInt
🙃 shows the right keyboard on mobile 
🌎 localized (some locations use commas instead of periods as decimal separator) 
💅 no unnecessary rerenders

added an extra hook to support history with cmd+z/cmd+shift+z (I'm always reaching for that out of habit) 😭
