Why is it so difficult to figure out how to join channels? UI needs a serious improvement on this. I have no idea how to join /sf , cannot figure it out - I also thought I used to be a member there?

@dwr.eth this “member only” feature is really really lacking usability. I definitely posted in /sf in the past. Got converted to a follower? Can’t post anymore and I can’t request an invite to post without dming mod?

usually there is a request to join button at the top near the channel name, I think as it’s not there it’s because the user who made the channel only wants to add people themselves @dcposch.eth
