Looks great!! How did it taste? Hot tip: as you are transferring the two loaves onto the rack, pull on the ends so that the dough becomes as long and thin as can fit in your oven. I need to make a video of this part, it can be done in one smooth motion.

Tastes good! Not as light and airy as the pic on your website but I forgot to do the ice/water steam trick so maybe that will help next time. Ty for the tip!

Oh also should say that I made half the recipe which is why they’re a lot shorter. Definitely could have stretch them more though

How long did you let the dough proof? Sometimes it takes a little longer if the kitchen is cold.
