18–19, maybe 20 celcius is good. Sleeping in >20 celcius is rough

one time I was staying with a big group in a house with central air and they jept turning it to 23-24 and I kept dialing back to 19-20 

last to stay awake wins so you know who slept comfortably that night 🫡

I def prefer the 19-20 range for sleep myself 🫡
