There is no ENS fee to import a DNS name! Just gas for the proof that you own the DNS name (this is also going to be free soon-ish). I’m not sure anyone has imported a .lol before so lmk if you have issues, but if you want to see other DNS names in production on ENS just look at cb.id or jesse.xyz by @jessepollak :)

and by “look at” I mean here https://alpha.ens.domains/jesse.xyz jesse.xyz is a valid ENS name that functions in almost the same way as .eth while respecting existing internet infrastructure 🫡
